The Grade Three class is working on PROBLEM SOLVING skills. Keeping the brain engaged is a challenge, but we can do it! See how hard we work!
It is always fun to celebrate a class birthday. Here Miss Elizabeth joins us for lots of fun!
Introduction to Watercolour
On Friday, 4 March each member of the Grade Three class received a set of cake watercolours. After a brief introduction on how to use these paints, the learners used their new medium to finish their self-portraits. They are brilliant (the learners AND their masterpieces). For a first attempt at watercolours, they are excellent.

Each week in Grade Three we have an Author of the Week. Recently we read Mercer Mayer and enjoyed “There’s a Nightmare in my Closet.” We followed Mayer with Maurice Sendak and read “Where the Wild Things Are.” We wrote monster stories and designed our own silly monsters. What fun!! Aren’t these critters CRAZY?!
